Victoria Park in Bideford offers wide open grass to enjoy a spot of yoga, Rock Park, Pilton Park, Castle Mound along with others are just a short drive to Barnstaple and all offer a variety of outdoors spaces to practice your poses.
Once the route of the cliffside railway, the walkway along Abbotsham Cliffs overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and offers a peaceful and beautiful spot to take on some outdoor yoga.
Valley of the Rocks
The beauty of this area is something you won’t find anywhere else. Running parallel to the sea the valley is known for the goats that roam freely and so what better chance will you have for a spot of goat yoga!
